Platform ID User Agreement
This Platform ID User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an offer by 2GIS (hereinafter referred to as the "Rights Holder") to conclude an Agreement required for a user to create and use a Platform ID account and access the Platform Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") under the terms and conditions set out hereinbelow.

Prior to using Platform ID, please read the terms and conditions of this Agreement carefully.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using Platform ID, you give your consent for the following:

a) You have read and understood the full terms and conditions of this Agreement before using Platform ID.

b) By starting to use Platform ID (in particular through authorization and creating a user company account) in any form, you fully accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement, Privacy Policy and Data Subjects' Personal Data Processing Policy in full, without any exceptions or limitations on your part. Use of Platform ID on any other terms is not permitted.

c) By starting to use Platform ID through authorization or by providing personal data within Platform ID, including via feedback forms, you consent to the processing of your personal data by the Rights Holder for the purposes set out in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, as well as to the transfer of your personal data to third parties in the cases specified in the Privacy Policy and the Data Subjects' Personal Data Processing Policy.

d) By using Platform ID through a web browser that accepts cookies, you agree to the collection and processing of cookie data by the Rights Holder for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy and the 2GIS Cookie Policy, as well as the transfer of cookie data to third parties in cases specified in the 2GIS Cookie Policy.

e) If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or do not have the right to enter into it, you must immediately stop using Platform ID.

f) This Agreement (including any part hereof) may be changed by the Rights Holder without any special notification. The new version of the Agreement becomes effective from the moment it is published on the Rights Holder’s website, unless otherwise provided for by the new version of the Agreement.

1.2. The terms and expressions used in this Agreement have the following meanings unless otherwise expressly defined in the wording:

a) Agreement means this Platform ID User Agreement.

b) Platform ID is a single authentication system owned by the Rights Holder, intended for creating user accounts and providing unified access to the Platform Services.

c) Platform Services mean software products and online services accessible via Platform ID according to the list specified in clause 2.2 of this Agreement.

d) User is a person who has entered into this Agreement with the Rights Holder in their own interest or the interest of others in accordance with the applicable law and this Agreement.

e) Rights Holder’s Website means internet websites through which access to Platform ID and Services is provided.

f) Privacy Policy is the Privacy Policy available online at: law.2gis.ru/privacy.

g) Data Subjects' Personal Data Processing Policy is is the policy related to processing of personal details of data subjects, available online at: law.2gis.ru/personal-data-dublgis.

h) User Authorization means registration or authentication of the User in the Platform ID system.

i) Creating a company account for the User means filling out a form that collects information about the User’s company and accepting the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
2. Purpose of Platform ID and Applicable Terms

2.1. Platform ID is designed to create a unified User account and provide access to Platform Services using a single authentication system.

2.2. By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms their consent with the terms of use of the relevant Platform Services according to the list below. The terms of use of a specific Service become effective for the User from the moment of actual use of such Service.

List of Platform Services:
2.3. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the terms of a separate Service, the specific terms of that Service shall apply to the extent they relate to its use.

2.4. The User undertakes to review the terms of use of the Services prior to their actual use.
3. Exclusive Rights to Platform ID

3.1. Platform ID as a whole, as well as the software, databases, reference and informational materials, text content, images, and other objects of copyright and/or related rights included in or used together with it, as well as objects of patent rights, trademarks, trade names, and company names, and other components of Platform ID (hereinafter referred to as "Intellectual Property Items"), are protected in accordance with Part IV of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and are fully owned by the Rights Holder, unless otherwise stated in a notice of rights.

3.2. The Rights Holder retains exclusive rights to any derivative works (modifications) of the Intellectual Property Items permitted hereunder and may revoke its permission to use them at any time at its sole discretion, without compensation for any costs incurred by the User in their creation or use.
4. License

4.1. Use of Platform ID is permitted strictly under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the User does not accept all terms hereof in full, they are not permitted to use Platform ID for any purpose.

4.2. Any rights and methods of use of Platform ID not expressly granted/authorized to the User under this Agreement are deemed not granted or prohibited by the Rights Holder.

4.3. Use of Platform ID under this Agreement is provided to the User free of charge.
5. User Rights

5.1. The Rights Holder grants the User the right to use Platform ID under an ordinary (non-exclusive), non-transferable license worldwide, in the ways specified in this section.

5.2. Functional use of Platform ID
The User is entitled to use Platform ID for its intended functional purpose, namely, to create an account, authenticate, and obtain unified access to the Platform Services, by performing Authorization in Platform ID on their device.

5.3. The right to use Platform ID under this section is granted provided that the User complies with the restrictions set out in this Agreement.
6. Restrictions on the Use of Platform ID

6.1. The User is not entitled, independently or through third parties, to:

6.1.1. Reverse engineer, emulate, create new versions, modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise manipulate the Platform ID code in any way aimed at bypassing security systems or preventing unauthorized use.

6.1.2. Transfer their login credentials for accessing Platform ID and the Services to third parties.

6.1.3. Use Platform ID for unauthorized access to third-party systems or to compromise security.

6.1.4. Remove or in any way alter trademarks and copyright or other proprietary notices included in Platform ID.
7. Privacy Policy

7.1. The Rights Holder processes Users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, subject to the specific provisions of this Agreement.

7.2. The Rights Holder processes data automatically transmitted by Platform ID during its use, including IP address, cookies data, browser and operating system information and access time.
8. Liability under the Agreement

8.1. Since the right to use Platform ID is granted under this Agreement free of charge, consumer protection laws do not apply to the relationship between the parties hereunder.

8.2. Platform ID is provided on an "as is" basis; therefore, no warranties are provided to the User regarding uninterrupted, fast, reliable, or error-free operation.

8.3. The User is responsible for any violation of the obligations set forth in this Agreement and for all consequences resulting from such violations.
9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Agreement, as well as the procedure for its conclusion and performance, shall be governed by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.2. All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by the court located at the Rights Holder’s place of registration.

9.3. This Agreement may be amended unilaterally by the Rights Holder without prior notification of the User.

9.5. Throughout this Agreement, 2GIS refers to DoubleGIS LLC, OGRN (Primary State Registration Number) 1 045 401 929 847, located at: 7, Karla Marksa Square, 13th floor, city of Novosibirsk, 630 048, the Russian Federation.
